Crystal Ruocchio: 

Crystal Ruocchio, PMP has 18 years of Human Resources experience.   She has had extensive experience working within the corporate environment as an employee and a consultant.  Crystal has worked in all areas of Human Resources with specialties being Benefits and Systems.  She has been project manager for several projects relating to integrations, systems implementations, and benefits implementations.

Crystal earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Masters Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology at San Jose State University. Crystal is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Rosalina Tabarez:

Rosalina Tabarez has 22 years of Human Resources experience and has worked in all areas of HR with her latest focus being HR Systems. She has had extensive experience working within the corporate environment as an employee and a consultant. She has been the lead analyst on several projects, including implementation, process improvement and systems enhancements.

Rosalina’s experience has been in many industries, including professional services, high tech, non-profit and pharmaceuticals.

Rosalina earned her Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Security Solutions from the University of Phoenix.

Complete HR Solutions LLC was formed out of a friendship between two professional women who wanted to take better control of their career.
